A few weeks ago I read that Microsoft stole the patents to the word format and as of Jan,11,2010 word / office would be taken off the market but i have not heard anything more about it?Just wondering couse i use Ms office a lot for schooling particularly office 2007.And if so what will replace it?

It's sort of hard to believe that all the hype from CES is already over and done with. Larger companies spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to introduce and showcase new products at the show, and now all anyone wants to talk about in the tech world is Apple . Must be nice to be Steve Jobs (or an investor)
